Hello, Again

Hello out there to all of you not reading my blog! I'm back because I have some changes to make, and I thought sharing with the cybersphere might help me out.

See, I hit a plateau. A big one. After losing 96 lbs, 15 of them have crept back on, and it must stop! I refuse to go back to that life, but I know I can't make anymore cuts to my fat and calorie intake without completely backsliding, so I've done what I hoped I wouldn't have to do. I started working out.

Don't get me wrong. I know exercise is good for me. I just hate to do it. Over the past three years I've done light toning exercises for my thighs and arms, but nothing to work up a sweat. Now, though, I find myself sweating like crazy while racing the elliptical machine, trying to burn 300 calories before my course time is up.

I also thought I might start posting some of my recipes and menus in case someone wants to check them out. Again, I know I only have two followers, but that's okay :)
